Since his debut single in 2021, Ruger, whose real name is Michael Adebayo
Olayinka, has garnered global attention due to his distinctive appearance,
including pink hair and an eyepatch, as well as his unapologetically authentic
persona. In 2023, he embarked on a successful European tour. Over two short
years, he released several high-quality projects, starting with his debut EP
"Pandemic," followed by "The Second Wave" and "The Second Wave Deluxe.

"His breakout single "Asiwaju" reached #1 in Nigeria and #3 on the OCC
Afrobeats Chart in the UK, while tracks like "Girlfriend" and "Bounce"
gained popularity worldwide.

Ruger's debut album, "Ru the World," featuring table charting lead singles
“Kristy” and “Tour” cements his position in the music industry as an artist
known for his unique style and captivating music.
