Albums like Smooth Big Cat (2019) and Rose Pink Cadillac (2022) have not only climbed the ARIA charts—frequently earning #1 rankings in independent and vinyl categories—but have also garnered a devoted international following, with notable success in Germany, Switzerland, and beyond. His most recent album, Kimosabè (2023), continued this momentum, taking out the #9 spot on the ARIA charts and the #2 Australian Album.
With myriad achievements extending beyond the studio, the project has sold over
565,000 album equivalents and amassed over 700 million streams. The single ‘Rose Pink Cadillac’ was a fan favourite, landing a spot in triple j’s Hottest 100, while the discography has been Shazamed nearly 2 million times—a testament to its magnetic pull.
On the live front, DOPE LEMON has headlined sold-out tours across Australia, North America, and Europe—including appearances at Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits, and most recently joining Post Malone on the Australian leg of his 2023 arena tour. Kate Peytavin is a 20 year old recording artist, hailing from Gonzales, Louisiana. Posting on platforms such as YouTube and Tik Tok from a young age, Kate is well known for her eccentric personality and has built a rabid digital fanbase totaling over 1 million followers on Tik Tok, 171,000 followers on YouTube, and 138,000 on Instagram. Seamlessly weaving Pop accessibility with her left-of-center charm, Kate has been working with collaborators including Casey Smith, Amy Allen, Leroy Clampitt, Alexander 23, and Charlie Handsome. Her firsts single release in 2023 earned placement on Spotify playlists including Teen Beats, New Music Friday, and Pop Sauce, and rotation of Sirius XM’s Hits 1. Kate has a passion for creating anything artistic including acting, painting, cooking, fashion, and content creating. Kate also is passionate in bringing awareness and raising funds for Li-Fraumeni Syndrome, a genetic mutation that leads to cancer predispositions, that affects her father and her brother.
