Are tickets from third-party sellers accepted?
Tickets can be purchased directly through Ticketmaster or at our Box Office (open at 5PM on show days).
We highly discourage purchasing tickets through third-party sellers as we cannot guarantee the legitimacy of resale tickets.
Can tickets be scanned off my phone?
Yes, e-tickets can be scanned off your phone.
When is your box office open?
Our box office opens at 5PM on show days.
What are your age restrictions?
Most of our shows are 18+ or 21+, but we will occasionally have "all ages" shows. For shows listed as 18+, minors will be allowed in with a parent or legal guardian only. Minors attending with siblings or older friends will not be permitted without proof of guardianship.
Can I make a reservation in the restaurant?
We do take restaurant reservations on select nights. Find us on OpenTable to learn more and make a reservation.
How do I reserve a bowling lane or box seating at a concert?

How do I book an event at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville?
Please head here to submit an inquiry. A member of our Events team will respond to your request in the order that it is received during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
Are there things I can't bring inside?
Guests, performers and employees are prohibited from bringing firearms, knives or other weapons into Brooklyn Bowl, as well as incendiary devices, laser pointers and any illegal items including drugs or drug paraphernalia. No alcoholic beverages or other outside food or drink, video cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks or professional cameras (removable lenses) are allowed. Costumes are allowed, but full face masks, fake weapons, and additional props are prohibited.
We do not require clear bags. However we do not allow large bags or backpacks, and all bags will be searched.
Am I subject to search to go inside the venue?
All persons entering Brooklyn Bowl may be searched (by ‘pat down’, security wands, metal detectors or other lawful means) to make sure no prohibited items are on their person each time they enter or re-enter the venue. All bags are subject to search. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone, and to prohibit anyone from entering the venue with any items that we determine may pose a risk to other guests, our employees or performers. We encourage guests coming to shows and other events at Brooklyn Bowl to arrive early.
What forms of ID do you accept?
We accept physical copies only of government-issued driver's license, non-driver ID card, or passport. When applicable, minors are not required to show proof of ID.
Is the venue standing room only?
Yes, we are a standing room venue. However, we are ADA compliant and offer seating for guests with special needs.
Is Brooklyn Bowl Nashville ADA accessible?
We are ADA compliant and offer limited seating for guests with special needs. Please visit our accessibility page or check in with our event staff upon your arrival for more information.

Where can I park?
We do not have our own parking lot, but there are several paid lots within walking distance, as well as street parking.

What are resale tickets on Ticketmaster?
If a show is sold out, or close to selling out, you may see resale tickets offered on Ticketmaster. These are safe to purchase and 100% guaranteed to get you into the show.
Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is a Safe Bar. What does that mean?
Our staff has taken Safe Bar's training program to help identify and intervene safely when they see sexual harrassment or assault at our venue.

Do you offer coat check?
Yes, we offer coat check on show nights in the cold weather season. Price is $4 per item.
Is Brooklyn Bowl a cashless venue?
Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is now a cashless venue. As of July 15th, 2024 we will no longer accept cash as a form of payment in all areas of the house. The venue has the capability to load cash onto a debit card, which you can use at the venue or anywhere that accepts Mastercard.
Do you offer early entry?
Fast Lane Access is available for select shows. Fast Lane Access can be purchased as an add-on when you purchase your tickets, or separately here.
