Dirty Honey: Can't Find The Brakes Tour

Some musicians take a while to build an audience and connect with fans. For the Los Angeles-based quartet Dirty Honey, success came right out of the gate... In October 2019, Dirty Honey made history as the only unsigned artist in Billboard’s near four-decades to hit #1 on the magazine’s Mainstream and Hard Rock Charts with its debut single, “When I’m Gone.” Since that weighty debut, Dirty Honey has opened for The Who, Guns NʼRoses, Slash with Alter Bridge, and The Black Crowes, where the band received glowing press reviews and a standing ovation at the majority of the tour’s concerts—unprecedented for a support act. Dirty Honey’s self-titled album debuted at #2 on the Current Hard Rock Chart, Rolling Stone featured them as “An Artist You Need To Know,” they were tagged as the “do-not-miss-band” at more than a dozen major North American summer festivals, and played sold-out shows on their first two North American tours. In May, 2022 the band released its international EP/LP debut, and headed to the UK and Europe for their first tour there, playing headline shows, festival slots and support dates with Guns NʼRoses, KISS and Rival Sons. The band (Marc LaBelle/vocals, John Notto/guitar, Justin Smolian/bass, and Jaydon Beam/drums), will head to Australia in April 2023 to record their sophomore album, set for a fall release, with a World Tour kicking off in September. Dirty Honey continues to take the world by storm.

Southern alt-rocker Austin Meade is in the midst of a banner year. With performances at major US festivals like Lollapalooza and Louder Than Life still to come this summer, the Fort Worth native has spent the month of May on the road opening for hard rock heavy hitters Godsmack + I Prevail! Now, Meade is ready to once again welcome fans into his sharp-witted narrative universe with the release of his new single, “BLACKOUT”!

The new song showcases a more modern rock sound compared to past hits from the outspoken singer/songwriter, as well as sleek, eclectic production. But of course, at the heart of “BLACKOUT”, there’s Meade’s signature brand of introspective, self-deprecating commentary packed into massive hooks.

Commenting on the new song, Austin Meade shares, “Blackout is how the last decade of my life has felt. It’s as honest as a small-town Texas boy can get, and I think it's a song that a lot of people can relate to. I’m ready for this new chapter of music and the opportunities that come with it.”

Austin Meade released his new studio album, ‘Abstract Art of an Unstable Mind’, on October 14, 2022, and ended last year as the support act for legendary blues rockers ZZ Top in the fall/winter. The follow-up to 2020’s ‘Black Sheep’, the new LP is a 19-track concept record, led by singles like “Varsity Type”, “Red Roof Estates”, and “Rosé Romance”. Meanwhile, the lead single off the aforementioned Black Sheep, “Happier Alone” has amassed over 50 million streams in the US alone.
