Artist Info

Anuhea

The name "Anuhea" translates from Hawaiian as a fragrance or cool breeze. In the world of island/reggae music, Maui songbird Anuhea Jenkins has been JUST that: A cool breeze to the island music scene. This multi-talented artist entered the room in 2009 like a breath of fresh island air, beautifully blending vibes of reggae, pop, R&B, and even country. Anuhea's eclectic and multi-faceted musical style is paralleled by her work ethic and fun-loving personality. After 10 successful years in the music scene, dozens of hit songs and multiple awards, Anuhea remains humble when she's rightfully referred to as one of the top musical artists from Hawai'i of all time.

Justin Young

Born and raised in Hawai’i, Justin Kawika Young first found success in his island home. He accumulated eleven number-one hits on Hawai’i radio and four Hawaiian Music Awards before relocating to Los Angeles. He quickly established a following in the local music scene there and connected with other singer/songwriters including Colbie Caillat, eventually joining her band. Young toured with Caillat as her acoustic guitarist/background vocalist and co-wrote two songs on Caillat’s All Of You album. In 2019 Justin and Caillat formed a band in Nashville with two friends called Gone West. They debuted at The Grand Ole Opry in October of 2019 and their first single, What Could Have Been, hit the top 25 at Country radio. Justin’s original music can also be heard on the soundtracks for Point Break, Wild Horses and The Walking Dead TV series.

Thrive

Since 2008 Santa Cruz based Pop/Rock/ Hybrid-Reggae band Thrive has been paving its path in the music world. In October 2010 the relatively unknown band put out its album Gratitude Attitude and would shock the scene. Thrive would build on its success with regional tours with front running reggae artists SOJA, Iration and Tribal Seeds, along with statewide headlining tours on their own and massive shows with other artists including Rebelution, JBoog, The Green and Katchafire. With founders Aaron Borowitz (Lead vocals/guitar) and Kenny Rogers (lead vocals/drums) building the foundation for the band, they are now joined with seasoned saxophonist and vocalist Scott Schipper, bassist Andrew Forgy and most recently multi-instrumentalist talent Matt Masih on keyboards and vocals. Though going through a few members in the brief history of the band, Thrive feels that they have what it takes to make some noise. May 7, 2013 Thrive released its third and most anticipated album “Relentless” which debut at number three on iTunes Top Reggae Charts and number six on the Billboard Reggae Charts. The album showed a new musical maturity for Thrive, and also featured a guest appearance by Erich Rachmany (Rebelution) on the single “Just Fine."

Lea Love

Born and raised in Oceanside, CA,singer-songwriter Lea Love’s  multi-layered artistry draws from her rich Hawaiian, Japanese, and Samoan heritage. She began writing at the age of 10, often drawing inspiration from many types of musical genres. This diversity is evident in her songs, which ranges from R&B Soul to Island Reggae to Pop. Her most recent single, “Doctor", is now available on every music platform.  Stay tuned for upcoming shows, music and more!
