RECAP :: The Hold Steady's Massive Nights at Brooklyn Bowl NY NOV 29 + 30 & DEC 1 + 2
Posted On Monday, December 4th
The Hold Steady's return to Brooklyn Bowl was beyond monumental. Calling this run "Massive Nights", the 6-piece bandstand took the name and ran with it, captivating the sold out crowds night after night. The energy in the room was palpable. Die hard fans couldn't help but sing (borderline scream) along to every song with a grin from ear to ear. Each night felt extremely special with The Hold Steady, especially with great opening including Patterson Hood, Cateyana, The Whigs, and Frank Turner. The fan to band relationship with The Hold Steady is a rare and beautiful site, and we've got some pretty bad ass photos to prove it.
