Recap: Reggae Weekend in Vegas with Katchafire, Sammy J and Rebel Souljahz

This weekend we were treated to a sonic vacation to the islands. We had New Zealand's own roots reggae outfit Katchafire in house on Thursday and their sound had them out for not one but two encores, with the crowd loving every minute of it.  The positive vibes spilled over to Saturday with Sammy J and his band's mix of pop reggae with a little bit of R&B crooning we all went wild for, singing and dancing with him through his set. Finally, Rebel Souljahz took us home last night with some good Hawaiian reggae. We didn't see one fan that wasn't moving or dancing to their mix of slow love songs and uptempo skakin' tracks.
