Jack Daniels Raffle Rules

 

These rules (the “Rules”) apply to the raffle/contest (the “Contest”) conducted by Brown-Forman Corporation d/b/a Jack Daniels (“Jack Daniels”), to be held in Brooklyn Bowl (the “Venue”) on September 29, 2024 (“Contest Date”).

 

  1. By participating in the Contest, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Jack Daniels as final and binding as it relates to the Contest.  

 

  1. Entering the Contest.  You can enter the Contest as follows:

 

  1. Upon arrival at the Venue on the Contest Date, you will receive a raffle ticket.

  2. Raffle tickets will be distributed upon entering the Venue.  

  3. No failure to distribute a raffle ticket will be deemed a breach, and you agree to hold Jack Daniels, Venue and their respective parents, affiliates, successors and assigns, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them, harmless against any and all claims or liability from a failure to receive a raffle ticket.

  4. You will add your full legal name and phone number to the raffle ticket.

  5. You will submit your raffle ticket (with legal name and phone number) as designated by a Jack Daniel’s representative at the Jack Daniel’s table, located at the entrance to the Venue.

  6. Raffle submissions will close promptly at 7:30pm.

 

  1. Prize. One (1) winner will receive the following for up to eight (8) people:

 

  1. One (1) bowling lane for unlimited bowling for two (2) hours ( 8:00pm to 10:00pm;

  2. Bowling shoe rental; and

  3. Food and Beverage for up to $1,000.00 (including tax and gratuity).

 

  1. Selection of Winner.  

 

  1. One (1) winner will be drawn at random at 7:45pm. 

  2. The winner will be contacted solely by text.  Please keep your phone on and check your text messages until 8:15pm. 

  3. Entries which do not have a full legal name, phone number, are otherwise incomplete or do not adhere to the Rules or other specifications, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Jack Daniels.  

  4. Delay or failure to claim your prize by 8:00pm may result in a forfeiture of the prize.

  5. Only winning raffle tickets will be contacted.  

 

  1. Claiming the Prize.

 

  1. The winner will present themselves to the Jack Daniels table near the entrance of the Venue immediately upon receiving a text.

  2. PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF RECEIVING A NOTIFYING TEXT OF WINNING THE CONTEST.

  3. Delay or failure to claim your prize by 8:00pm may result in a forfeiture of the prize.

  4. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Jack Daniels.

  5. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

  6. The estimated value of the prize is $1,550.00. 

  7. Jack Daniels reserves the right to change the prize or substitute prize of equivalent or greater value in Jack Daniel’s sole discretion, which will become effective immediately.

 

  1. Eligibility. 

    1.  This Contest is open to all individuals who are 21 years of age or older and who are legal US residents. Entrants must possess a valid, government-issued ID. One entry per person, and there will be one winner per household. 

    2. Employees of Jack Daniels, Venue, and the artist (or artist representatives), and their respected affiliated entities or advertising agencies and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.

 

  1. Additional Rules. 

    1. By participating in the Contest, you, and anyone on your behalf, agree to hold Jack Daniels, Venue and their respective parents, affiliates, successors and assigns, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them, harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.

    2. By participating in the Contest, your agree to have your name, voice and/or likeness to  be used to announce the winner or for other brand advertising or promotions related to the Contest, without any financial or other compensation.

    3. Jack Daniels, its licensee, affiliates, parents, assigns and successors are not responsible for failure to conduct or for alterations to the Contest due to circumstances beyond the control of Jack Daniels, Venue or any entity or individual.

    4. Decisions of Jack Daniels management with respect to the Contest are final.

    5. Jack Daniels reserves the right to end the Contest or amend these rules with or without notice.  

    6. Jack Daniels reserves the right to make changes to the Contest Rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement.

    7. Prizes are awarded ‘as is’ with no guarantees or warranties as to use.

    8. Acceptance of a prize releases Jack Daniels, Venue, and their respective sponsors and advertisers from all liability and claims concerning the prize, its delivery and its use.

    9. Jack Daniels and Venue are not responsible for errors in the prize offering or the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of a prize. Jack Daniels and Venue are not responsible for (i) lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or late entries; or (ii) entries not received due to any reason or cause.

    10. By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Rules. Failure to comply with the Rules may result in your disqualification, at the sole discretion of Jack Daniels.

    11. Contest entrants are required to provide truthful information and Jack Daniels will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. 

    12. Jack Daniels will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.

    13. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries.

    14. Any materials related to the Contest submitted become the property of Jack Daniels and will not be returned.

    15. No purchase is necessary. The Contest is void where prohibited. Contests and promotions are subject to all Federal, state and local laws.
